3-4 lb. pork loin rib roast
 2 T. shortening
 1 can golden mushroom soup
 1/2 C. water
 1/2 C. chopped onion
 1 T. paprika
 1 medium bay leaf
 1/2 tsp. salt
 dash of pepper
In large, heavy pan, brown meat in shortening. Pour off fat. Add soup,
 water, onion, and seasonings. Cover; cook over low heat 2 hours and 15
 minutes or until done. Stir occasionally. Remove bay leaf, thicken
 sauce (if desired). Makes 4-6 servings.
