2 pounds ground beef
2 eggs
1 fourth cup Chopped onions or 1 half packet dry onion soup mix
1 generous pinch of garlic powder (about a half teaspoon
1 generous pinch of chilli powder
1 good shake of lemon pepper seasoning
1 teaspoon taco seasoning mix
1 generous handful of Italian bread crumbs (about 1 third cup
1 good shake of Worcestershire sauce (about 2 teaspoons
Catsup to taste
1. Beat the eggs into the hamburger. (I use my well washed hands)
2. Create a well in the mixture, Add all of the other ingredients and
mix well
Note: If it seems a little dry, you can either add more catsup or a
dribble of milk).
Place into a loaf pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. (I do
that so it will just slide out onto a plate).
Cover with tin foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
