Marinade:
½ cup sour cream
1 cup buttermilk
6 peppercorns
½ cup sherry or dry vermouth
1 small onion, sliced
1 bay leaf
dash of cayenne
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tblsp. olive oil
6 chicken breast
Marinade chicken in marinade overnight. Drain but do not dry chicken. Discard marinade.
Dip each piece of chicken in melted butter. Dip in bread crumbs.
Bake at 350f for one hour.
