1 loaf (1 pound) day old brioche bread, cubed
6 large eggs, room temperature
2 cups 2% milk
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1Preheat the oven to 350°. Layer bread cubes in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish.
2In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, brown sugar, butter, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg until well-combined. Pour mixture over brioche cubes; gently toss until bread is all coated. Bake, uncovered, until set, 40 to 45 minutes. Let cool 5-10 minutes; slice and serve.
