1 lb. beef, cut in 1 inch cubes
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 28 ounce can tomatillos
1 green pepper, sliced
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and sliced
2 cans beans, rinsed and drained
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 tblsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 drops hot pepper sauce
1 cup corn
Marinate beef in Worcestershire sauce and pepper sauce for about 15 minutes.
In a large pot, saut� the beef and when browned add the marinade.
Add garlic, green pepper and saut�. Add remaining ingredients including tomatillo juice and simmer for about an hour.
Serve in a bowl over cooked rice. Top with sour cream and chopped green onions and cilantro.
