2 lbs. ground beef
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. Greek seasoning
1 cup cracker crumbs
1 onion, chopped
1 cup catsup
1/2 lb. margarine
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 onion, chopped
12 oz. spaghetti, cooked
Preheat oven to 400degrees. Combine ground beef, 2 tsp. garlic powder, 2
tsp. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, black pepper, milk, Greek seasoning, cracker crumbs, & 1 chopped onion. Shape into small meatballs. Place meatballs on a broiler pan & bake for 15 minutes.
Turn Crock Pot on high to heat. Mix together, catsup, margarine, 2 tsp.
sugar, dry mustard, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1/2 cup vinegar, 1/2 cup water, & 1
chopped onion. Put in heated Crock Pot & simmer until meatballs are ready. Add cooked meatballs to crockpot. Cook on low 4-6 hours or on high 3-4 hours. Serve over spaghetti (or noodles of choice) , cooked according to package directions.
