Greek marinade for meat

Ingredients:

1 cup olive oil
½ cup lemon juice
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 ½ tblsp. Chopped oregano
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. black pepper

Method:

Mix ingredients together and marinate meat for at least 2 hours. Preferrably overnight.
Grill or roast meat, fish or poultry.
