Tenderloin With Horseradish Cream Cheese

Ingredients:

4 beef tenderloin steaks (4 ounces each)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley

Method:

1Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add steaks; cook 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135°; medium, 140°; medium-well, 145°).
2Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and horseradish until blended. Serve with steaks. Sprinkle with parsley.
