Southern Cole Slaw

Ingredients:

8 cups Chopped Red & Green Cabbage
¼ cup Chopped Carrots
2 ½ Tbs Minced Yellow Onion
For the Dressing:
½ cup Mayonnaise
1/3 cup sugar
¼ cup Milk (Whole or Alternative)
¼ cup Buttermilk (or Substitute)
1 ½ Tbs Lemon Juice
1 ½ Tbs Apple Cider Vinegar
½ tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper

Method:

Mix veggies together. In a separate bowl mix dressing ingredients. Mix dressing with veggies very well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
