1/4 cup frank's hot sauce
2 table spoons melted butter
1 egg
2 cups diced cooked chicken
8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cups sliced green onion
1 cup bisquick
additional Buffalo sauce for serving
1 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray 2 large foiled cookie sheets with cooking spray.
In large bowl mix hot sauce, butter and egg.
Mix chicken, onion and cheese, Put in hot sauce mixture.
Sprinkle bisquick over top and stir until combined.
Slightly wet hands, shape into 1 1/4 inch balls.
Place about 1 inch apart.
Bake 23 to 25 minutes.
