1 can of biscuits with each biscuit cut into four pieces
1 stick of butter
1/3 cup of cinnamon
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of white sugar
1 cup of powdered sugar
8 ounces of cream cheese
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1/2 cup of chopped pecans
Melt butter
Toss biscuit pieces in melted butter
Sprinkle with brown sugar, white sugar, and cinnamon and toss to coat
Place in a greased 9 x 13 pan; sprinkle with chopped pecans
Bake in a 350-degree oven until golden brown and firm (about 10 minutes)
In a bowl with a mixer, whip together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon juice
When cinnamon roll bites are finished baking, remove from oven and immediately drizzle with cream cheese icing
Allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes
