1 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs

2 cups bananas, mashed

Step 1 - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 9 - Transfer the baked banana bread from the oven to a wire rack to cool, about 10 minutes.
Step 10 - Transfer the baked banana bread from the prepared loaf pans to a large serving platter and cool completely.
Step 11 - With a sharp knife, cut the baked banana bread into serving-sized pieces, plate, and serve.
