Grasshopper Pie

Ingredients:

24 chocolate wafer cookies, finely crushed
3 tablespoons softened butter
24 marshmallows
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup Hiram Walker Creme de Menthe (green)
2 cups whipped cream, plus additional for garnish

Method:

Mix wafer crumbs with softened butter and press into a pie plate. Melt marshmallows and milk in the top of a double boiler. Cool. Add 1/4 cup Creme de Menthe and fold in 2 cups Whipped Cream. Pour into pie shell and chill well. Then, immediately before the pie is served, decorate it with Whipped Cream.
Makes 1 (9 inch) pie.
