Hidden sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits

Ingredients:

16 ounces pork sausage
5 eggs
8 ounces cheddar cheese
8 Pillsbury Grands refrigerated buttermilk biscuits or other
refrigerator biscuits

Method:

1. Form sausage into 8 patties.
2. In skillet, cook through.
3. Remove to paper towel, reserving 1 Tbsp.
4. grease in pan.
5. In grease, scramble 4 eggs.
6. (I add garlic powder, pepper, and milk, but that's optional).
7. Remove cooked eggs to paper towel.
8. Using rolling pin, on floured surface, roll each biscuit into a
large circle.
9. Top each with 1 oz cheddar, some egg, and a sausage patty.
10. Wrap and pinch biscuits closed.
11. Place, seam side down, on greased baking sheet.
12. Mix remaining egg with 1 Tbsp.
13. water, and brush over biscuits.
14. Bake according to biscuit directions, but keep your eye on them
just in case.

4 servings or 8 biscuits
30 minutes (15 min prep, 15 min cooking)
