Horseradish Sauce2

Ingredients:

1/2 cup sour cream
One 3 1/2-ounce jar prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon heavy cream
1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Mix together the sour cream, horseradish, heavy cream, mustard and some salt and
pepper in a bowl. Refrigerate until needed.
