Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients:

(serves 2 or 3)

You can use smoothie maker machine or blender. If using a smoothie maker machine “Mix” for 30 seconds while stirring counter-clockwise. “Smooth” for 45 seconds while stirring counter-clockwise.

Pour from spout while on “Mix”.


1/2 cup canned pumpkin, frozen

3/4 cup evaporated milk chilled (or vanilla yogurt)

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

1 Tablespoon sugar or sugar substitute

1 teaspoon vanilla

5 ice cubes

* Instead of cinnamon and nutmeg you can use1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice.

Method:

Combine all ingredients except ice in blender or food processor; then add ice. Cover and puree/process until smooth. Pour the smoothies into small glasses (this drink is rich) and serve immediately. You can sprinkle cinnamon on top.
