1 tablespoon canola oil
1 jar (16 ounces) salsa
1. In a large cast-iron or other ovenproof skillet, brown the pork chops in oil; drain any fat. Pour salsa over chops. Bake, uncovered, at 350° until a thermometer reads 145°, 20-25 minutes.
