1 c.  milk
 2 large eggs
 1 Tbsp. canola oil
 1 c. all-purpose flour
 1/4 tsp. salt
 3/4 c. Roundy's shredded cheddar cheese
 6 pieces bacon, cooked
1. Preheat oven to 400°.
2. Spray the cups of a popover pan or muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.
3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and oil. Add flour and salt; whisk until smooth.
4. Stir in shredded cheese and cooked, crumbled bacon.
5. Fill popover cups half full.
6. Bake at 400° for 35 to 40 minutes, until popovers are firm. Popovers are best when served immediately.
