Ingredients:

1 pkg refrigerated cinnamon rolls
1 can apple pie filling

Method:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Prepare a muffin pan by spraying 8 wells with non-stick cooking spray.
Press one cinnamon roll into each muffin well and up the sides to form a cinnamon roll cup, pressing down on the bottom and up the sides.
From 1 1/3 cups apple pie filling, spoon pie filling into each muffin well.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until the cinnamon rolls are fully cooked.
Cool in the pan for 5 minutes.
Remove and place on a wire rack to cool.
Drizzle the cinnamon roll frosting over each apple pie cup, if desired. Serve warm.
