1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup strawberry jam
1/4 cup strawberries, sliced
1. In a food processor, combine butter, strawberry jam, and sliced strawberries. Process until smooth. Serve over breads, waffles, or pancakes.
Spread this simple, sweet and creamy strawberry butter on scones, biscuits or pancakes with a light dusting of powdered sugar.
Makes about 1 cup.
