Cream Cheese Bites

Ingredients:

8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
6 (8-inch) medium tortillas
2 tablespoons everything seasoning, divided
2 tablespoons butter

Method:

Step 1 - Evenly spread the cream cheese over the tortillas.
Step 2 - Sprinkle each tortilla with 1 teaspoon of the everything seasoning.
Step 3 - Roll the seasoned tortillas up.
Step 4 -cut the tortillas into 1-inch bites, making 6 pieces from each tortilla.
Step 5 - Melt the butter over medium heat in a large frying pan.
Step 6 - Add the bites to the hot butter and cook, flipping once, until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side.
Step 7 - Serve warm.
