1 cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar

3/4 cup chopped pecans
2 cups chocolate chips
3/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut
Step 1 To begin, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
Step 3 In a stand mixer, cream together the brown sugar, butter, and sugar.
Step 4 Add in the vanilla and eggs, mixing until fluffy and light.
Step 5 Add the baking soda, flour, salt, and cinnamon to the butter mixture, mixing until fully combined.
Step 6 Then, add in the pecans, oats, chocolate chips, and coconut, mixing until well combined.
Step 7 Place the scooped dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes.
Step 8 Cool before serving.
