Million Dollar Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

12 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and cut in half lengthwise
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 teaspoons yellow mustard
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish, optional
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
2 tablespoons bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
1 tablespoon chives, freshly chopped

Method:

Step 1 - Scoop the yolks into a medium bowl, then arrange the egg whites on a plate cut-side up.
Step 2 - Add the mayonnaise, the melted butter, the mustard, the pickle relish, the salt, and the pepper to the yolks and mix until combined.
Step 3 - Scoop or pipe the yolk mixture into the egg whites, then top with the crumbled bacon and the chopped chives.
Step 4 - Serve.
