2 tablespoons melted butter
1/4 cup flour
1 egg
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon rainbow sprinkles
Lightly spray 2 (4–ounce) microwave–safe ramekins, small bowls or shallow mugs.
In small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except sprinkles. After combining,
stir in sprinkles. Divide batter between ramekins.
Microwave 30 to 40 seconds or until cake pulls away from sides and top is dry,
being careful not to overcook. Serve with sweetened whipped cream and
extra sprinkles, if desired.
