Quick Potato Soup

Ingredients:

1 (28-ounce) frozen package potatoes O'Brien
1 (1-ounce) packet country gravy mix
4 teaspoons chicken base, can substitute 32 ounces chicken broth
32 ounces water, only if using chicken base

Method:

Step 1 - Mix the frozen potatoes O'Brien, the country gravy mix, the chicken base, and the water together in a large pot.
Step 2 - Bring the mixture to a boil while occasionally stirring.
Step 3 - Reduce the heat to low and simmer until thickened.
Step 4 - Serve.
