1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup sherry vinegar
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon finely chopped shallot
1/2 teaspoons finely minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1. In small bowl, whisk all ingredients together.
