3 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
3 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme or dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary or dried rosemary, crushed
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
