1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon crushed red chiles
1. Blend all ingredients in blender until well mixed. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Makes 3/4 cup.
Use this tasty Thai peanut dressing on salad greens or as a dip for satays, grilled chicken, etc.
