1 package soft silken tofu
5 tablespoons soybean oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon fresh flat-leaf parsley
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoons salt or to taste
1. In a food processor, add all ingredients, blend. If too thick add water to thin.
2. Drizzle over salad of choice.
