1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup 2% milk
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 1/2 cups turkey breast, cubed and cooked
1 (8-ounce) tube refrigerated crescent rolls
1 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
2 Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
3 In a saucepan, mix the mayonnaise, flour, chicken bouillon granules, and pepper.
4 Gradually stir in the milk.
5 Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
6 Cook and stir the mixture until thickened, about 2 minutes.
7 Add the vegetables and the turkey and cook, stirring, until heated through, about 2 to 3 minutes.
8 Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
9 Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
10 Arrange the dough triangles over the turkey mixture.
11 Bake until the casserole is heated through and the topping is golden brown, about 15 to 20 minutes.
12 Serve hot.
