1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup whole grain mustard
1/4 cup non-pareilles capers
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon vegan Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup plus 2 1/2 tablespoons canola salad oil
1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except oil. Blend with burr mixer or food processor. Slowly add canola oil while continuing to blend until completely incorporated and emulsified.
Makes about 2 cups.
A Caesar salad dressing without the anchovies or Parmesan cheese.
