HASH BROWN CASSEROLE

Ingredients:

1 2lb. bag shredded hash brown potatoes
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 8 oz. container sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar Cheese
? cup chopped onion (Optional)
? cup green pepper (Optional)
salt and pepper to taste
1 stick butter (melted)
potato chips, crushed

Method:

Preheat oven to 375 Degrees.
Mix all ingredients except potato chips together well. Sprinkle top of
potatoes with crushed potato chips. Bake at 375 ?F for about 50-55
minutes,
until bubbly and brown.
