Potato Gratin Muffins

Ingredients:

6 large potatoes csliced thinly
2 cloves garlic , crushed
5 oz. sour cream
2 to 4 oz. grated Swiss cheese
· ½ stick butter
· salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste

Method:

Butter muffin tins well.
Oven 400f.
Arrange the potatoes in layers in buttered muffin tins placing salt, pepper, butter and garlicbetween layers. Continue until all potatoes are used up.
Top potato muffins with a spoon of sour cream and then sprinkle on some cheese and a tiny bit of nutmeg if desired.
Bake for about 30 minutes.
