Potato Soup 2

Ingredients:

5 medium potatoes
2 Tablespoons flour
1 small minced onion
1 quart milk
2 Tablespoons fat
teaspoon salt

Method:

Cook potatoes, then cool and peel. Run through blender. Heat milk and onion. Add potatoes. Melt fat and mix with flour, stir into hot soup, thin with 1 cup hot water and season to taste.
