Slow-Cooked Potatoes With Spring Onions

Ingredients:

4 pounds small red potatoes
8 green onions, chopped (about 1 cup)
1 cup chopped sweet onion
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Method:

In a 5- or 6-qt. slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Cook, covered, on low until potatoes are tender, 6 to 8 hours.
