Zeddhi

Ingredients:

1 lb Italian sausage
1 lb zeddhi noodles
1 jar ragu spaghetti sauce (any flavor)
2 cps shredded mozzarella cheese

Method:

In skillet brown Italian sausage
In sauce pan cook and drain zeddhi noodles
When sausage is browned and zeddhi noodles cooked and drained combine in 9 x 13 cake pan cover with ragu sauce and 2 cps shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake until cheese is melted about 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 2 minutes. Serve and enjoy

Helpful Hints:

optional ways you could add a can of mushrooms, black olives, and pepperoni.
