1/3 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cans (10 ounces each) premium chunk breast of chicken, drained and flaked
1 apple, cored and diced
1 cup celery, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 cup halved grapes
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts, toasted
Combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, orange juice, salt and pepper in a salad
bowl. Add the chicken, apple, celery, grapes and nuts, and toss to coat.
Preparation time approximately 15 Minutes.
