2 C. cottage cheese
1/2 C. sour cream
1/4 C. minced or grated onion
1/4 C. minced carrot
1 T. minced celery
1 T. chopped green olives
salt and pepper, to taste
Mix all ingredients.
Serve over lettuce, with sliced tomatoes and a good bread, to make a
light, springtime meal.
Makes about 3 cups.
