1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding - 4 ounce size
1 can crushed pineapple in its own juice (not heavy syrup) - 20 ounce size
do NOT drain
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 3/4 cups whipped topping, such as Cool Whip - thawed
Stir pudding mix, crushed pineapple, marshmallows and nuts until well
blended. Fold in whipped topping.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
The red and green combination of the pistachio pudding and maraschino
cherries make this a perfect dish for a holiday buffet table. It's also delicious!
