Mary Jane's Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

5 pounds of chicken tenders
3 blades of celery, chopped
1 cup of seedless red grapes
2 apples (gala), chopped
1 cup of pecans, chopped
2 tablespoons of dried chives
(to taste) lemon pepper, salt and pepper
(to taste) mayonnaise

Method:

Boil chicken tenders with lemon pepper seasoning until done. Let them cool, then cut them up. In a large bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and toss lightly. Chill well and serve on a bed of chopped lettuce.
