1 lb. beef, cut in 1 inch cubes
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 28 ounce can tomatillos
1 green pepper, sliced
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and sliced
2 cans beans, rinsed and drained
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 tblsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 drops hot pepper sauce
1 cup corn
Marinate beef in Worcestershire sauce and pepper sauce for about 15 minutes.
In a large pot, sauté the beef and when browned add the marinade.
Add garlic, green pepper and sauté. Add remaining ingredients including tomatillo juice and simmer for about an hour.
Serve in a bowl over cooked rice. Top with sour cream and chopped green onions and cilantro.
