1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup dill pickle relish, drained
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
Assorted crackers
1Beat first six ingredients until smooth. Shape into a ball; wrap in plastic. Refrigerate several hours. Sprinkle with parsley; serve with crackers.
