12 whole fresh okra
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp seasoned salt
2 tbsp sriracha
2 tbsp reduced balsamic vinegar
12 bamboo skewers
Skewer okra and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Grill okra until char marks are present and then flip and grill on opposite side. Remove from Grill and drizzle with sriracha and balsamic vinegar serve immediately. Recipe serves four.
