HAWAIIAN PIE

Ingredients:

1 deep dish graham crust pie shell
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained, almost dry(use large tea strainer,
and press with paper towel to remove all juice)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 small bananas, sliced
1 cup coconut

Method:

In bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk with drained pineapple, set aside;
In another bowl, slice bananas Carefully, remove plastic insert from crust, remove label, and set aside. In bottom of crust, layer, spreading evenly, as listed: chopped nuts pineapple mixture.
Sliced bananas coconut After stirring coolwhip, empty over coconut, spread gently and evenly. Top with about six bottled Maraschino cherries
Wipe outer rim of pie shell and Invert plastic liner of crust, forming a dome, and press outer foil edge of pan, securing top. Refrigerate over night, or at least 2 hours.
