1 cup sugar
1 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon grated orange zest
1 package (12 ounces) fresh or frozen cranberries
1In a large saucepan, combine the sugar, orange juice and zest; add cranberries. Cook over medium heat until the berries pop, about 15 minutes.
