2 - 3 ounce packages Jell-O orange suggested
1 cup Boiling Water
1 pint Sour Cream (low-fat okay)
1 - 16 ounce can crushed Pineapple - do not drain
1/4 cup Maraschino Cherries -chopped
1/4 cup ground or finely chopped pecans or walnuts
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add sour cream. Stir until smooth and
creamy. Add pineapple, cherries and nuts. Chill until firm.
