1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 stick margarine
1 cup pecan halves
1 cup chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons bourbon
1 unbaked deep dish pie shell
In large bowl, combine: sugar, brown sugar and eggs. Beat well. In
another bowl, melt 1 stick butter in microwave. Add to this, pecans, chocolate chips and bourbon. (1 tsp. vanilla can be substituted for bourbon
Combine and add to first mixture. Pour into pie shell and bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
Note: (when the smell gets too good to pass up, check for doneness.)
