3 and 1/2 c. frozen sweet cherries
2 c. cold whipping cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1. Puree 3 c. frozen cherries in a blender; set aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.
3. In a separate [cold] mixing bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
4. Fold in sweetened condensed milk, then gently fold in pureed cherries.
5. Pour mixture into loaf pan; add remaining whole cherries.
6. Press wax paper against the surface of the ice cream; freeze until solid.
