Pork Steak Sauce

Ingredients:

1 16 oz cranberry jelly sauce
1 Cup apple juice
4 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
sugar to taste about 3 teaspoon

Method:

Lay pork in crock pot and then mix above ingredients in bowl and pour over pork chop or pork steak bake 6-8 hours in crock pot and serve juice over meat or potatoes if desired.

Helpful Hints:

Brown mustard may be adjusted to suit taste.
