Pumpkin Spice Cake

Ingredients:

2 cups flour
1 3/4 cups sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
2 cups pumpkin pie filling
1 cup oil
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts (optional)

ICING:
8 0z cream cheese
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
4 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 to 2 Tpsp milk (if needed)

Method:

Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add eggs, pumpkin pie filling and oil. Mix well. Add nuts if you want. Bake in 9 x 13 or two 9 inch round
pans for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.

ICING: Soften cream cheese and butter. Blend together. Add vanilla. Slowly add powdered sugar. Add milk to get desired consistency.
